Mervin AI ("the Service") is an AI-assisted Meta ads analysis and optimization tool, currently in closed beta and available by invitation only.
The Service is provided "as-is" with no warranty of availability, stability, or correctness. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the Service itself at any time during beta.
Recommendations are produced by Claude (Anthropic) based on the ads data you provide and are advisory only. AI output may be incorrect, biased, or unsuitable for your specific business context. You bear sole responsibility for any actual changes executed. The Service does not warrant any performance outcomes (ROAS, conversion rate, CPA, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost ad spend, data corruption, business interruption, or any damage arising from use or inability to use the Service. Aggregate liability (if any) shall not exceed the fees you paid the Service in the prior 12 months (currently zero during beta).
You may terminate at any time via "Disconnect Meta" and account deletion. We may terminate your access on reasonable notice or for cause (e.g. breach of these terms). During beta we expressly reserve the right to revoke invitations at any time.
The Service's source code, UI, prompt designs, and brand are the operator's intellectual property. Your ads data and conversations remain yours; we process them only as needed to provide the Service.
Updates posted on this page; material changes notified to your registered email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be heard in the Taipei District Court as court of first instance.
